Asteroid Health is seeking a Clinical Director for their outpatient mental health treatment program in Newton, MA for adults (18 ).

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health Related field
• License in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or substance use (i.e. LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, and/ or similar licensure)
• 2 years, at minimum, of supervisory experience required
• ASAM and DSM experience and knowledge
• 5 years of Mental Health and/or Substance Use Treatment experience required, preferably in an outpatient setting
• Experience with startup organizations is preferred
• Demonstrated computer proficiency
