Sobright Recovery and Rehabilitation is seeking a Community Relationships Director for our outpatient substance use and mental health treatment program in Richmond, VA. Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 annually
Community Relationships Director Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to achieve revenue goals and increase patient volume.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, payers, and other key stakeholders in the community.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure alignment between business development efforts and clinical operations.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and compile and analyze competitive data within assigned geographical regions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential referral sources and payers to promote the center's services and foster lasting relationships.
• Submit timely CRM data, expense reports, annual strategic sales plans, and quarterly strategic sales plan updates.

Community Relationships Director ​​​​​​ Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare business development, preferably in substance use treatment or behavioral health; one year of experience in substance use treatment required.
