Sobright Recovery and Rehabilitation is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Therapist for their outpatient substance use program in Richmond, VA. The program will provide PHP, IOP, and OP services to adults (18 ).
Salary range for Therapists: $60,000 - 75,000

Therapist Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the client in order to develop a written treatment plan that is individualized, client-centered, and recovery oriented and includes goals and measurable objectives
• Providing PHP/ IOP/ OP counseling services specified in the client’s treatment plan
• Facilitating individual, group, and psychoeducational sessions with clients and/or family members, in accordance with state regulations and Joint Commission standards
• Contacting referral sources, providing case consultation and coordination with referral sources

Therapist Qualifications

• CSAC or Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health Related field
• CSAC is acceptable. License in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy is a plus!
• DSM experience and knowledge is required
• Substance Use Treatment experience required, preferably in an outpatient PHP/ IOP setting
• First Aid/ CPR Certification preferred
