As a Customer Service Representative - CSR at Arrow Exterminators, you're the friendly voice our customers rely on to address their pest-related concerns and schedule services. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Willingness to work a minimum 40-hour workweek with occasional overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Administrative phone experience
