We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Duties
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery activities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop project schedules and timelines
- Monitor project progress and track deliverables
- Coordinate with resources, team members, and stakeholder
- Manage project budgets and financials, and track expenses
- Implement project management best practices and methodologies
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholder
- Identify and mitigate project risks
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles
- Experience with requirements gathering and analysis
- Knowledge of Quickbase and Quickbooks is a plus
