Licensed Nursing Assistant, SNF, LTC, Rehab Job Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Assist with patient mobility and transfers
• Collect specimens for testing and perform basic laboratory procedures
• Assist with sterile processing and maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and report any concerns to the nursing staf
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR) system

• Current GA License
• 6 months LTC/SNF experience
