Responsibilities
- Communicate frequently with clients, act as the liaison between team and client, and troubleshoot problems as they arise
- Handle client and accountant queries and requests, establish custodial accounts, and assist clients in completing firm and custodian paperwork
- Attend to recurring and ad hoc cash and security transfer requests; perform ACH and wire transfers
- Support the investment team with the initiation of trades with various managers and custodians, and general support of portfolio and investment strategies
- Manage client information within the ATS and review client transactions, activity, and alternative investment valuations
- Coordinate monthly client statements and quarterly management fees
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years of previous client services experience
- Knowledge of portfolio administration and various custodial interfaces
- Experience working with private high-net-worth clients and/or institutional clients
