Job DescriptionOPERATIONS MANAGER - SECURITY OPERATIONS - ARROW SECURITY LONG ISLAND Position SummaryAs an operative of our company pledge to exceed client expectations, the Operations Manager manages staffing and scheduling of security officers for designated client contract/site location(s). The Account Manager acts as a trusted mentor to the security team and a quality service provider and liaison to our clients, communicating all daily operations activities with an effective and responsive approach.

- Weekly pay

- Manages 5,000-6,500 hours of contract hours
- Handles scheduling of assigned security staff as congruent with client needs
- Trains, mentors and supports uniformed security officers
- Liaison with client and coordinate communication of operations, through an effective and responsive approach
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Effectively manages people and costs while ensuring contract compliance
- Drafts and updates security post orders
- Drives operational accountability
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Must have 2 years experience in managing security operations or accounts
- Have ability to work within a structured environment and follow standards of processes
- Works well within a team
- Must be flexible in availability to tend to accounts as needed
- Ability to work in time-critical situations with firm deadlines
- Working knowledge of WinTeam & eHub platforms preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Valid Driver's License preferred
- HS Diploma/GED
