Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Arrow Services Indiana, LLC in Plainfield, IN. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, policy development, and compliance. The manager will also provide guidance and support to employees and managers across all departments.
Qualifications
- Experience in human resources management and administration
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Experience in employee relations and performance management
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
- HR certification (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
