The Sales Counter Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and managing product inventory on the sales floor.

Greet and assist customers with their janitorial supply needs.
Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and solutions.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Process sales transactions accurately and securely using the point-of-sale system.
Maintain thorough product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
Educate customers on product use and benefits.
Stock shelves, display products neatly, and pull items for orders.

What do you need to be considered?
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales, retail, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in retail or sales, preferably in the janitorial supply industry.
Strong knowledge of janitorial products and their applications.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to lift and move products as needed
