Responsibilities:Under the direction of the Regional Manager, the Operations Supervisor role is to assist in the planning, organization, coordination and implementation of the divisions and customers operational goals, policies and procedures. The Operations Supervisor will oversee all responsibilities including but not limited to, customers, staff, equipment & inventory within the operation. The supervisor will operate various equipment (forklifts & loaders) along side operators, laborer's as needed while continuing to oversee and supervise the resources necessary (people and equipment) to meet customer & maintenance commitments, while ensuring a safe, productive, compliant and cost efficient operation. The supervisor is responsible for building and maintaining a team of motivated, efficient and productive employees and to coordinate their efforts through strong leadership, coaching, support, and direction.
