Position Overview: Arrowhead Roofing and Siding is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Roofing Support Specialist. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to learn all aspects of the residential roofing business, including material procurement, material delivery, field support, quality control, customer service, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure roofing materials from suppliers.
• Deliver materials to job sites efficiently and safely using company-provided vehicles.
• Provide field support to roofing crews as needed, ensuring they have necessary materials and equipment.
• Assist in quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards and customer expectations.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, scheduling, and service requests.
• Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining job records.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (MVR check required).
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor environments.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
