We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our client's vibrant agency. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction by managing complex strategic communications programs.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic communication projects, including meetings, events, and booth development.
- Manage all associated collateral materials and logistics for assigned projects.
- Partner with clients to ensure their needs are met and objectives are achieved.
- Develop and maintain program trafficking systems, client reporting mechanisms, and communication databases.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Maintain client program metrics and create/maintain databases for project reference materials.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years pharmaceutical advertising agency experience , proven track record of successful client service
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
