What You Will DoThe RN is responsible for dispensing any medications the clinic may utilize in the treatment of patients. The RN is responsible for the completeness of all medical aspects of the medical record and works with the provider and Director of Nursing to assure appropriate medical care for patients.
What Will You Do?

• Dispense life saving medication for substance use disorder
• Monitors medication inventory
• Completes nursing assessments for admission and throughout treatment
• Processes phase change requests.
• Complete labs
• Participates in Treatment team and regular Medical Meetings as per Licensure standards.
• Works closely with the program provider to complete verbal orders and manage patient care
• Be proficient with State Licensure Standards, CARF Standards, 42 CFR and HIPAA standards and Company policies.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, twist, bend, use hands or fingers, reach with hand and arms frequently throughout the workday.
• Must be available to work during clinic hours.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a New Jersey license as a Registered Nurse
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Proficient in the use of personal computers.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Successful completion of State required background check and required trainings.
