OPEN POSITION: ACCOUNT DIRECTOR - PAID ADVERTISING

At ARSNL, we create and manage digital media campaigns that drive engagement, transactions, and business performance.

We're seeking an experienced Account Director who can manage a growing portfolio of accounts and deliver media and marketing strategies to a range of clients. This role includes team management, client interface, paid digital campaign strategy, and accountability for delivering marketing results. We're a boutique agency and primarily serve mid- to enterprise, consumer-facing businesses in verticals including spirits, health & wellness, cannabis, boating, retail, and more.

The right candidate will have polished communication skills, previous agency experience directing digital campaigns across paid and organic digital media, and significant experience managing client relationships.

This is a full-time position based in Doral, FL.

Requirements include:

- At least five years of advertising agency experience incorporating digital and performance media.

- Nuanced understanding of performance digital media strategies and analytics.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop and present data-driven strategies.

- People management experience.

- A can-do, growth mindset, and problem-solving approach.
