Art District Real Estate is Hiring a Groundskeeper Near Tallahassee, FL
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for upkeep of commercial properties under the Art District Real Estate umbrella. Ground maintenance, repair, and upkeep may vary. Keep all properties “tidy.” Use basic lawn equipment. Fill holes in ground. Spot and remove of hazardous items and materials. Paint signs. Small demolition. Minor construction projects such as needed for drainage, reseeding, or sodding. Keep “maintenance shed” and company tools organized.
TRASH PICKUP
GRASS: Cut small areas not covered by lawn maintenance
contractors
FLOWER BEDS: Keep tidy. Pull weeks, spread pine straw, pull
up dead plants, replace plants
SIDEWALKS AND STEPS: Blow off any leaves and pine straw
left on walkways and steps.
- LIABILITY - (constant) While working on properties, check
for liability and other issues
- SUPERVISE (and provide guidance) to housekeeping
personnel.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Schedule:
