Our focus is building Tallahassee’s Art District (https://www.artdistrict.com/our-company) and managing a multitude of live/work/play properties, such as: Historic Railroad Square, Railroad Village, Railroad Crossings, Art District Collective, and a slew of residential properties.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our property management and real estate development company. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, handling various administrative tasks, and supporting our team. Your responsibilities will include document and records management, bookkeeping, and overseeing miscellaneous administrative and project management tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will be assisting our 200 tenants, so strong customer service skills are also required.
