A Collision Center Clerical Assistant is accountable for daily responsibilities and productivity of the Collision Center. The assistant is crucial to the success of the department and creates a vital communication link between the Collision Center office staff, customers and insurance agencies.
The Clerical Assistant must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, leadership and organizational expertise, strong problem-solving abilities and professional work ethics.
