We here at Art of Glass are looking for employees who would work at our Delaware Ave location. We do require that any applicants have a car as we have multiple locations that you may be required to travel between when needed.

Art of Glass Amherst is looking to add a highly motivated, goal-driven individual to our team! We are looking for a part-time candidate with open availability (must have weekend availability)! It is preferred for candidates to have their own reliable form of transportation.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers to identify individual needs & provide excellent customer service
- Money handling to cash out customer transactions
- Educating customers on products & services offered at AOG
- Creating up sale opportunities during each sale, with every customer
- Re-stocking inventory as needed & identifying when products need to be ordered
- Investigating & resolving customer complaints in a positive and effective manner
- Remaining up to date on product knowledge & the quickly growing industry
- Ensuring store cleanliness & organization at all times
- Opening & closing the location individually
Qualifications include:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with existing clientele and bring in new customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent math and pattern recognition skills
- Strong negotiation & people skills; a patient, kind attitude
- Professionalism; including respect for co-workers, management & clientele equally
- Time-management skills
