Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage and execute projects aimed at growing our business. The projects will encompass various content management tasks, including blog management, sales initiatives, have an eye for design, email campaigns in Klaviyo, and social media posts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing B2B technical support to ensure seamless integration and satisfaction for our business clients. Your expertise in digital marketing, digital design, and web development will be essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and increase website traffic.
- Manage content management systems and website promotions.
- Create email and social media campaigns to generate brand awareness, drive sales, generate B2B leads, and boost traffic.
- Manage our JIRA board by collecting project requirements, creating tasks, and collaborating with the team on deliverables.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing product images and banners.
- Provide technical support to our premier B2B clients, addressing needs such as Shopify theme updates and fulfillment inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce and content management systems.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building content in our Storyblok CMS.
- Familiarity with online platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Klaviyo, Shopify, Storyblok, and JIRA.
- Experience with the JIRA ticketing system for project management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, collect requirements, and communicate effectively with the team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
