ARTECH is Hiring a Customer care associate Near Morrisville, NC
Title : Customer Care Associate
Location : Morrisville, NC (Local candidates Raleigh / Durham / Morrisville area only)
Schedule : 40 hours per week; M-F; 8am-5pm with an hour lunch
First two weeks 100% in office. Hybrid work schedule after fully trained : Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday in Office Monday and Friday off site.
Duties to include :
- Customers Orders into SAP B1
- Customer Order from SAP into S4
- Track Order Shipped Status
- Close out Order Delivery in S4
- Create Notes in SAP B1
- Send to Carol to create Customer Invoice
- Send Invoice to customers
- Pricing and Delivery Requests
- Lead Times Report pending for access
- Order Status Report pending for access
- Manage Phones / Chat (daily)
- Customer Care activities 40 cases a day
Must Have :
- 1-2 years SAP experience
- 1-2 years Order Administration
- Computer skills, able to navigate / toggle between multiple screens / platforms
- Strong attention to details
