Responsibilities
- Creates solutions addressing high impact technology and business priorities.
- Competent in multiple contexts, including programming languages, security, automation, testing, and business domains and is the go-to person for many people (inside and outside of their team)
- Research new technological opportunities and how they can be used to add technical capabilities at Client.
- Drives strategic technology decisions based on collaboration with a board field of experts inside and outside of Client.
- Contributes to the external image of Client Technology as a desired workplace to learn technology best practices.
- At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
- Bachelors – Computer Science or related
- 3+ Years – Information Technology, (Software) Engineering, or related
- Experience in Cloud Technologies, preferably AWS
- Experience in building, deploying, and maintaining APIs, containerized applications/services, and IaaS
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines with Jenkin, Git/GitHub, or Gitlab
- Experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar
- Passionate about software engineering practices
- Programming language experience in Python. Experience in more than one language (Java, C#, Node, etc.) and can pick up a new language quickly
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Superb collaboration and communication
- Great organization and time management
- Experience with OpenShift Container Platform
- Experience with contract testing using Pact and/or setting up Pact Broker
- Experience with Golang
- Full stack web applications development experience using React, Node.js
- Risk management knowledge
