Supports internal facing systems that agents are looking when are engaged and bank associated when solving problem. They have government rituals. Team owns governance and gives a thumbs up as to whether feature aligns to design principles and best practices. It is user centered and prepared to go into production. That design review is one of few gates that contributing teams need to think the tech team or product partners. Takes ownership of decisions for the teams.
They have 3 programs and each has 5 designers. These roles will expand horizontally, one of them is servicing team supporting the application that our banking agents are looking at. Zach is leading fraud and disputes space. Team is blend of product designers, service designers, content designers and research. All team members are working hybrid, across different locations.
Responsibilities-

• Web/desktop-based role
• Blend of operations, design knowledge, - to build out pages and ensure quality across their systems as well as elements of governance.
• Being able to facilitate designer review for their governance rituals, when team is building new feature to release into production to leverage
• Onboarding will be involved, so that candidates are confident
• Collaborating with teams
• Usually looking for QA or just before it goes into QA
• Communicate with engineers and product partners

Skills-

• User experience or product designer- Tenured- On the job experience is required rather than university or online educational experience.
• Has worked with design system
• Figma- Highly Skilled including Figma variance, variable and leveraging Figma Library as design system to build prototypes.
• Incredible collaborator
• Tech understanding around product partner motives
• Portfolio- Practical product designs, wireframes, prototypes. Clarity on what they were responsible for, and contribution on broader team.
• Background: no specific industry
