**Job Overview**
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant/ Sales Representative to join our auto dealership team. As the first point of contact for our office, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting administrative tasks, support sales, and contributing to the smooth operation of our office.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide customer support and handle inquiries and requests from visitors, clients, and internal teams
- Perform various administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized desk area, including greeting visitors and ensuring that the space is tidy and welcoming
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and maintain accurate records of all appointments
- Perform general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Support the office management team with daily tasks, including time management and clerical duties
- Previous Sales/ customer service experience
- Offer personal assistance to management and employees as needed

- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills and the ability to computerize tasks

- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
