We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Growth Marketer to drive planning, design, execution, reporting, and refinement of growth campaigns across multiple platforms, including website, email, paid media, and in-product messaging.
- Proven experience running successful email marketing, paid media and/or ‘organic’ growth campaigns (PR, review generation, SEO, etc.).
- Expert level experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems, particularly around marketing operations and automation.
- Strong background in web design and web technologies, including tracking and analytics in a changing landscape.
- Experience executing paid media campaigns as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with the ability to quickly bring new ideas to market.
- Deep analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Experience working in an internationally focused startup.
- Proximity to Boston with the ability to meet in person on occasion.
- Proficiency in German, French, or Norwegian is a nice to have
