Your primary goal will be to utilize insights from customers and these teams to build content and automations to drive product adoption and engagement. Armed with hands-on expertise in marketing automation tools and a strategic mindset, you will blend analytics and creativity to propel reach and user base.

• Proven experience in growth and/or product marketing, with a strong focus on using marketing automation tools to enhance user engagement.
• Experience with Hubspot for designing complex automations and generating sophisticated reports.
• Deep understanding of the current state of AI in the SaaS marketing, including prompt management and creation, messaging AI to a broad audience and developing understandable marketing content around AI solutions.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform and its ecosystem of third-party integrations, or strong willingness to learn and get certified.
• Expert writing skills in English, essential for maintaining and enhancing our product Help Center.
• Business proficiency in German and/or French is a significant plus.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and inform strategic growth decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a history of working effectively across diverse teams.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
