Sales Manager (TCA / BestEx)

Location: New York

Salary: $150,000 plus excellent commission structure

Artemis Talent has the pleasure of partnering exclusively with a TCA & BestEx software provider who is looking to build upon the successful growth they’ve had working with a large number of respected and admired Asset Managers and Hedge Funds across the US. My client provides these firms with a state-of-the-art bleeding edge technology enabling compliance function’s to perform Surveillance and Best Execution services. They are building on their success in the US and require additional Sales talent to drive the sales process and grow their client base.

Focused on New Business Acquisition you will need a Hunter / New Business mentality to drive success in the Sales process. You need to be driven and self-motivated to reach out to your network and within the Buyside community to drive revenue generation and be responsible for closing qualified leads.

4 years’ experience selling to the Financial Services(Regtech) space highly configurable software with a track record of closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Regulatory, Compliance or Trading Software Sales.
  • Selling Financial Services Software to CIO's, Heads of Risk, key Portfolio Managers, etc.
  • Deep understanding of Surveillance and Compliance products, including those of key competitors in the space.
  • New Customer Acquisitions, taking qualified leads and being an expert closer of deals.

Qualifications

  • Min 4 year’s experience as a hunter with knowledge of regulatory software products such Market & Trade Surveillance
  • 3 years experience in Financial Services Software sales to Buy & Sell Side, with average deal sizes $100k
  • Experience selling and closing sale of highly configurable software to financial services firms

If you feel you are a strong fit for the position with exceptional buyside knowledge and connections, experience selling highly configurable software and a great sales track record.
