ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Directly responsible to Director of Food Services. Related duties include:

* Cooking and assisting management of cafeteria in an institutionalized setting.

* Work with other cooks and management to prepare food for students and staff.

* Supervise production and serving of food.

* Other duties as assigned by the Director of Food Services.

* 200 DAY CONTRACT*

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must be literate in reading and writing; work well with people; possess good moral qualitites, and work without supervision
