What You’ll Do
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for supporting the sales, marketing and product development teams by creating graphic designs to communicate ideas and concepts for use across a wide range of brand profiles, product categories and design platforms. This includes working closely with the sales team on brand pitch ideas to create product mock-ups and pitch decks, working with our marketing team to develop digital and print assets, and working with our brand management team to vectorize and refine digital assets for archive and to come up with design solutions for products in development.
What You’ll Be Working On
• Concepting and designing pitch decks using Adobe InDesign, Google Slides and MS PowerPoint
• Designing mock-ups in Adobe Photoshop across a wide range of product categories and art styles
• Editing and refining digital assets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Cleaning up and streamlining .ai vector files and creating new vector files from jpegs and tiffs
• Upscaling and color correcting images
• Designing and editing digital newsletter in MailChimp
• Designing trade show assets for exhibit booth and printed brochures
Must Haves
• Has at least two years of experience as a graphic designer working across multiple platforms
• Must have strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Experience and proficiency in creating product mock-ups in a wide range of categories, including apparel
• Ability to visually convey ideas and concepts in a pitch deck
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Slides
• A background in illustration is helpful to facilitate hand tracing of certain files for vectorization
• A confident, action-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
Position is full time, including 4 days a week in NYC office.
