Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong sales background, experience in leadership and excellent communication skills. The territory includes Louisville, KY and Lexington, KY and will require travel to both locations every week.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Educational trainings for the sales representatives on new products, and for new hires on the entire product portfolio
- Executing medical education events and cadaver labs for clients and potential clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in medical sales or a related field
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Outside sales experience is preferred
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Ability to travel between Louisville and Lexington, KY weekly
- Own transportation - no company car offered
