Job Title: ETRM Application Consultant IILocation: Houston, TXType of Position: Direct Hire or ContractEnvironment: OnsiteAbout the Job:We are looking for an Operations Support Lead for our Midstream and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling daily support tasks and resolving issues within our operations. You will manage and coordinate regular ETRM system deployments, work with the Marketing Systems team on ETRM application development and enhancements, and focus on improving the efficiency of our daily operations support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the ETRM system to keep it running smoothly
- Work with trading and risk management teams to quickly fix any issues
- Keep the ETRM system up-to-date and running efficiently
- Create and update technical documents for the ETRM system and related systems
- Work with other IT teams to ensure the ETRM system works well with other systems
- Help test and roll out new features and upgrades for the ETRM system
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience supporting an ETRM system (like Allegro, RightAngle, or Endur)
- Experience with tools like Visual Studio, C#.NET, SSRS, MS SQL Server, Oracle, IIS Management, or ASP.NET
- Strong skills in analyzing problems and finding solutions
- Experience with agile boards and working in agile environments
- Experience planning deployments and sharing plans, dependencies, and risks
- Strong skills in prioritizing issues that impact the business and negotiating with stakeholders
