Field Service Maintenance Manager Summary:
Successful candidate must have good oral presentation skills as well as a fundamental mechanical background. Candidates must possess the ability to converse with Sales Associates and be able to explain complicated technical issues in lay terms. Must have computer skills in presentation software, data base management software and word processing.
This position requires travel. Typically 15% may be spent out of the office working one on one with sales associates and their customers.
Technical Support Manager Responsibilities
A two-year degree is required preferably in a technical / industrial field. Hands-on maintenance management experience preferred.
