Responsibilities:
· Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
· Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met
· Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
· Maintain office supplies and inventory
· Schedule appointments and manage calendars
· Assist with billing and invoicing using QuickBooks
· Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
· Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
· Learn products and be able to make recommendations
· Help both residential and commercial customer resolve issues
· Manage social media
· Reach out and interact with future clients
Skills:
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
· Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office and QuickBooks
· Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
· Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have reliable transportation
