Job Summary :

Residential Lead Installation Technicians are responsible for servicing and installation of AV equipment in residential homes.

Skills :

• Must have 4-6 years' experience as a Residential Lead AV Technician with the ability to :
• Install Residential A / V Solutions - Installing basic to complex high-performance audio, video, & whole house automation systems
• Commission AV Systems - Finishing Setup, Testing AV Equipment, Training client on use of AV equipment
• Read and interpret basic rack drawings, blueprints, and line drawings.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Key Job Responsibilities :

• Installation Installation of A / V systems in custom homes with basic understanding of multi-room systems and setup
• Commissioning / Programming Setup & programming of IT network systems, CCTV systems, and programming of Control 4, Elan, and Crestron Home systems
• Teaching / Coaching You will be working side by side with an AV technician. Your goal is to groom them into a lead technician.
• Service Calls Fill in service calls for existing systems from time to time.
• Troubleshooting of simple systems

Minimum Job Requirements :

• Minimum of 4 years Residential Lead Tech Audio Visual experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
• Positive attitude & highly motivated, Passion for Growth
• Customer service oriented
• Clean driving record and background check
