Are you a UI/UX Designer based in Raleigh, North Carolina? Do you have expertise in data visualization and reporting tools? Our client is seeking a UX Designer to join their team in Raleigh, NC! As an Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Client Reporting tool by challenging the status quo of mediocre UX and visual design. In this role, you will work closely with partners in Product and Engineering to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality, helping to define and drive the product vision from concept through to execution. Your expertise in UX and visual design will be key in creating both an exceptional digital experience for both internal and external clients.

Portfolio Note: In order to be considered, candidates must be based in the Raleigh, NC area, and have 3 years of experience with UI/UX Design with a supporting online portfolio of showcased URLs. You must also have expertise with data visualization and reporting tools.

You Will:

• Design and produce high-performing creative concepts that reflect brand and delivers on key performance metrics
• Create user centric interface designs that are intuitive and visually compelling to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience
• Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to illustration your vision.
• Execute a thorough understanding of data visualization and how to simplify and display complex data while ensuring it's accuracy
• Utilize your experience with interaction design to enhance the user's ability to engage with data
• Provide examples of successfully launched product designs that demonstrate strategic, conceptual and creative thinking
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback interactively
• Work within a design system that follows brand guidelines

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in design or experience in a related field is required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an agency or design team
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and working within a Design System
• Strong creative problem solving abilities
• Flexibility and resiliency, with the ability to give and take direction from multiple teams within the organization
• Proven ability to be organized, work independently and as a team, and to switch rapidly between different projects in a fast-paced environment
