Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
• Office Management: Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring availability and ordering as necessary. Maintain a clean and organized office environment
• Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members
• Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Record Keeping: Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
• Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
• Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, and conferences, coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth execution
• Technology Management: Troubleshoot basic technical issues with office equipment and liaise with IT support as needed
Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent required
•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
