Artistic Tile is Hiring a Customer Service Supervisor Near Secaucus, NJ

Customer Service Supervisor

Artistic Tile is searching for a customer-focused team player with luxury industry experience to provide specialized support to our clients. This individual will be responsible for assuring their team delivers exceptional service to our extensive clientele, both in the trade and retail sectors. This position will report directly to the Customer Service Manager.

Artistic Tile Candidates:

  • A customer-centric mindset that drives positive experiences.
  • High degree of professionalism, poise, and eloquence
  • Superior communication skills; verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; able to listen effectively to solve problems, anticipate issues, and make effective decisions.
  • Ability to de-escalate situations with empathy and ease.
  • Ability to embrace change, manage responsibilities, and create efficiencies.
  • Ability to proactively prioritize responsibilities with proven time management skills
  • 2 years’ supervisory or management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • NetSuite a plus.
  • Previous CRM experience - NetSuite experience given preference

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,500.00 - $56,000.00 per year
