Job Description
These PCTs will be preassigned to med Surg units but will still float.
They should be certified CNAs and have hospital bedside experience.
CNA certification, current BLS
Will care for COVID patients and float to all campuses within the hospital system. (4 campuses : Gainesville, Braselton, Winder, Dahlonega)
Vital signs, blood sugars using a glucometer, document in the EMR EPIC system work with the primary nurse to provide assistance with feeding, toileting, ambulating of patients on inpatient units.
Shifts are 12 hours - this is not negotiable
Covid Patient Care Is Likely And Required
FLOATING TO OTHER CAMPUSES AND LIKE UNITS WITHIN THE HOSPITAL SYSTEM IS LIKELY AND MAY BE REQUIRED
INCLUDE 24 NON-BILLABLE ORIENTATION HOURS INTO YOUR PAY PACKAGE
ORIENTATION IS A TUESDAY START DATE 3, 8 HOUR DAYS
