Overview

- The Facility is looking for a Registered Nurse for our Assisted Living Memory Care building in Minnetonka, MN. This nursing role would be responsible is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior age residents are met with support from staff such as resident assistant (support role) for our care and living facility.
- Casual hours; ability to pick up shifts ahead for pre-planned needs and for last minute needs Mainly Days/Evenings.
- Requires working 3 shifts per month with 1 weekend shift and 1 holiday per year.

- Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health status.
- Implements new and updates current resident care plan.
- Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as needed.
- Leads and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administration.
- Acts as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled times.
- Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff.
- Current MN RN license or by start date.
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with residents, families and physicians or providers.
