Artlist consists of 4 products:

  • Artlist.io, a royalty-free music and SFX platform
  • Artgrid.io, a curated stock footage platform
  • MotionArray.com, an all-in-one marketplace for creators that offers video templates, presets, music, SFX, stock footage, motion graphics and stock photos
  • FXhome, a cutting-edge video, VFX and image editing software

Wake up for this:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of Account Executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Quota Achievement: Carry the team quota, ensuring quarterly achievements (QoQ) and driving the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Coaching & Support: Provide support and coaching to each Account Executive on their sales deals, addressing challenges and helping them overcome obstacles.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Assist with the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training materials.
  • Process Development: Help build additional sales processes and infrastructure flows, including the integration of new software with Salesforce to streamline operations.
  • Collateral Creation: Develop relevant sales collateral that highlights the product’s value proposition and meets industry needs.
  • Sales Initiatives: Initiate and implement relevant sales initiatives to strengthen the team and department, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • 5 years of full cycle SaaS sales experience - must
  • 2 years of SaaS sales management experience - must
  • SAAS/tech experience - required
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executive
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
  • Ability to build strong personal relationship
  • Leadership skills (not afraid to hop on a call and show the way)
  • Self-starter, Result-oriented, high energy, adaptable and inquisitive
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Sales software such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach
  • BA and/or MBA preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience

  • This position has a base salary range of $120,000 to $140,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, New York. Please note that actual salaries are commensurate with experience, and since ARTLIST has a location-based compensation structure, there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
