We are looking for an Agile PM / Scrum Master Lead to drive our Agile transformation and ensure the successful implementation of Agile practices across our teams. They will play a pivotal role in guiding our teams and stakeholders in understanding and embracing Scrum and empirical product development while fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Responsibilities
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a leadership role.
Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile practices.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
Ability to manage and resolve conflicts and impediments effectively.
Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for the Agile transformation process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Schedule and facilitate separate connect sessions with each team, acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all Agile implementation activities.
Develop input plans for the SPOCs from each team to support the Agile transformation, ensuring all teams are aligned and equipped for the transition.
Oversee the implementation of Agile practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and methodologies.
Identify and resolve impediments throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring continuous progress and minimizing disruptions.
Educate and support teams and stakeholders in understanding and adopting Scrum and empirical product development practices.
Optimize Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective time-boxing and maximizing productivity.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to interact with clients, addressing suggestions and feedback to enhance product development and delivery.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
