Job Title : Senior Consulting Manager (Digital Transformation)
We are looking for a Senior Consulting Manager (Digital Transformation) who will establish themselves as a trusted advisor with customer stakeholders, develop and execute strategic goals for the consulting business, and lead consulting engagements within the assigned industry vertical or region. This role requires a proactive approach to creating innovative proposals, driving revenue growth, and mentoring a high-performing consulting team. Responsibilities
Proven experience as a Senior Manager/Director in a reputable consulting firm.
Experience working at the front end of technology solutions, building use cases, and business cases.
Experience leading workshops for complex problem-solving using approaches like design thinking.
Experience in building and mentoring a consulting team.
Track record of delighting clients through outstanding consultative work.
Proficiency in KRAs like Order Book (TCV/ACV) – Direct/Influenced, Realized Revenue, Profitability, Resource Utilization, Associate Engagement, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Analysts/Industry Recognition.
Establish credentials as a trusted advisor with customer stakeholders.
Ideate with customers to create proactive and innovative proposals addressing business problems.
Set up vision and strategic goals for the consulting business for the assigned industry vertical/region in alignment with TechM’s larger goals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (regional and vertical sales teams, other service lines) to develop and execute an annual business plan.
Engage with sales, delivery, and account teams to support revenue growth in targeted existing and new accounts through proactive proposals and RFP responses.
Drive consulting marketing agenda in the assigned industry vertical/target accounts.
Evaluate market needs and competition landscape to identify and propose new consulting capabilities and services specific to the industry vertical/region.
Provide governance, oversight, and lead consulting engagements in the assigned industry vertical/region.
Hire, motivate, and mentor the consulting team to meet business goals.
Personally contribute to establishing thought leadership for the consulting practice in the region and globally.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
