Job DescriptionJob Title : Senior Oracle Business Analyst ( Account Receivables (AR) & Invoice to Cash (I2C) ) Job Type : W2 / C2C / 1099 Experience : 8-12 Years Location : Raleigh, North Carolina We are looking for a Senior Oracle Business Analyst ( Account Receivables (AR) & Invoice to Cash (I2C) ) who will excel in translating business requirements into functional specifications, designing process flows, and leading testing and training activities. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle applications, particularly in Invoice to Cash, Revenue Management, and Order-to-cash processes. Experience in Subscription Process Management is a plus. Responsibilities
6-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Account Receivables (AR) and Invoice to Cash (I2C).
Experience with Oracle applications and integrations is essential.
Basic proficiency in SQL and relational databases for data mining and verification.
Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes.
Proven ability to define system roadmaps and deliver scalable solutions.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to assess risks, gather requirements, and plan delivery effectively.
Familiarity with Revenue Management and Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
Identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Develop prototypes and design process flows, including scenario mapping.
Lead testing and training activities, ensuring comprehensive user adoption.
Provide post-go-live support and system documentation.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare design and test documentation.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders including business shareholders, developers, and management.
Offer alternatives and recommendations based on best practices and application functionality.
Maintain communication channels to facilitate smooth project delivery.
Understand dependencies and relationships between Oracle components

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
