We are looking for a Senior Oracle Business Analyst ( Account Receivables (AR) & Invoice to Cash (I2C) ) who will excel in translating business requirements into functional specifications, designing process flows, and leading testing and training activities. Responsibilities
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Account Receivables (AR) and Invoice to Cash (I2C).
- Experience with Oracle applications and integrations is essential.
- Basic proficiency in SQL and relational databases for data mining and verification.
- Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes.
- Proven ability to define system roadmaps and deliver scalable solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to assess risks, gather requirements, and plan delivery effectively.
- Familiarity with Revenue Management and Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
- Identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop prototypes and design process flows, including scenario mapping.
- Lead testing and training activities, ensuring comprehensive user adoption.
- Provide post-go-live support and system documentation.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare design and test documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders including business shareholders, developers, and management.
- Offer alternatives and recommendations based on best practices and application functionality.
- Maintain communication channels to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Understand dependencies and relationships between Oracle components
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
