The
Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, HVAC, carpentry, painting, physical plant, utilities, and grounds. The Maintenance Supervisor has oversight of procedures in a 24/7 operation, two 12 hour & day shift operations. In this role you are supporting preventative maintenance activities, projects, contractors, employee relations, upholding policies, and procedures, improving safety standards, and communicating with management.

- Supports our "Product Stewardship" initiative to ensure the health, safety and environmental performance of our products throughout the products' life cycle.
- Directs the operations and maintenance of plant utilities including steam generation, compressed gases, water systems, and refrigeration systems in order to provide uninterrupted service.

- Coordinates monthly safety meetings, holds daily toolbox talks with mechanics, drives safety culture within the maintenance department.
- Investigates maintenance problems, determine practical, economical solutions and initiate corrective action. Inspects jobs in process and at completion to ensure that standards of workmanship and safety are maintained.
- Develops, schedules, and controls a preventive maintenance program to maintain production machinery and equipment in proper working condition.
- Must be available to respond to maintenance emergencies at all times. Manages call ins and arranges resources to deal with emergencies as necessary.
Qualifications & Experience: - High School diploma or equivalent, AS or technical degree preferred.
- 1-3 years working in a chemical manufacturing environment in a leadership/lead/supervisor position.
- Attention to detail and an understanding/utilization of SAP.
- Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of engineering principles, systems and their application in support of maintenance plans and schedules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) preferred.
The expected salary range for this role is $86,400 - $105,600, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location, and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
