Responsability:As a Regulatory Manager, you'll leverage your expertise in two crucial areas:

• Compliance Champion: Proactively ensure adherence to all relevant regulations (EPA [FIFRA], PMRA, FDA [FCNs], OMRI, Kosher) throughout the product lifecycle. Stay current with evolving regulations and translate them into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
• Strategic Product Leader: Lead the development of comprehensive registration strategies and manage the submission process for gaining regulatory approvals from North American government agencies. Oversee compliance with state product registrations and act as a key liaison for regulatory inquiries and audits. Maintain meticulous records to ensure seamless registration progression.

In this dynamic role, you'll be both a leader and an individual contributor. You'll build strong relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to navigate challenges and achieve success.
