Supply Chain Team Lead – Rochester, NY (onsite)

As the Supply Chain Team Lead you will assist with maintaining the Rochester Personal Care and Biocides warehouse operation through the coordination of shipping and receiving activities. Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments at the Rochester facility according to production schedule as well as maximize RM (direct and Indirect) inventory levels to meet or exceed budgetary goals.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assigns team members their daily tasks according to the priorities set by Supply Chain Leadership. Attends, coordinates, and leads all team daily meetings.
• Orders materials as needed.
• Coordinates the repack schedule and process.
• Enters work requests for repairs and maintenance.
• Inventory transactions and cycle counting to include reconciliation.
• Conferring with cross departmental leads (Warehouse, Quality, Procurement, Planning and Production) to determine progress of work and completion dates.
• Use of bar code technology, systems, and hardware.
• Consumable inventory replenishment through the use of Kanban, par level or min/max (visual) methodology.

Qualifications & Experience:

• HS Diploma w. manufacturing experience
• 3-5 years of Supply Chain Experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3-5 years of leadership experience
• SAP, Forklift, Mathematical acumen
• Microsoft Office

The pay range for this opportunity is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to, location, years of experience and education. We offer a comprehensive benefits package; this position is bonus eligible and pays between – $52,000 - $78,000 and is a nonexempt position.
