DescriptionThe Director of Global Field and Channel Marketing is a pivotal role in driving Aryaka’s success. The role demands a strategic and collaborative approach, which is crucial in bridging the gap between marketing, sales, and technical alliances, ensuring that field teams and channel partners are well-supported and equipped to achieve their sales targets. The Director of Global Field and Channel Marketing plays a pivotal role in driving our business growth through strategic marketing initiatives, strong partner relationships, and integrated go to market collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development and Execution
    • Develop and implement global field and channel marketing strategies specifically for Unified SASES as a Service solutions.
    • Create and manage marketing plans that drive demand generation for Aryaka products and services.
    • Align marketing initiatives with the company’s overall customer acquisition, revenue and market share objectives
  • Field Marketing
    • Work closely with regional sales teams to understand the unique security and networking needs of different markets.
    • Develop and implement scalable local territory programs in North America sales regions
    • Develop and implement localized marketing campaigns and events to support regional sales goals in EMEA and APAC regions
    • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing activities and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
    • Ensure leverage of corporate marketing programs across all territories and regions
  • Channel Marketing
    • Build and nurture co-marketing relationships with Technology Service Distributors (TSDs) and Technology Advisors channel partners
    • Build and nurture co-marketing relationships with key geography specific resellers
    • Develop joint marketing programs and campaigns with channel partners to drive mutual business growth and educate partners on Aryaka solutions and technology.
    • Create enablement materials and tools to support channel partners in their marketing and sales efforts, including training on the specifics of Aryaka Unified SASE as a Service
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a small global team of field and channel marketing professionals with expertise in network security and cloud solutions.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, ensuring they are well-versed in Aryaka solutions and technologies and market trends.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment
    • Collaborate with product marketing, corporate marketing, sales leadership, TSD, and TA to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
    • Partner with sales operations to track and report on key performance metrics, ensuring marketing efforts are contributing to sales pipeline growth.
  • Budget Management
    • Develop and manage the global field and channel marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    • Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI from marketing investments
  • Market Insights and Competitive Analysis
    • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the SASE space.
    • Use market insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics, positioning the company’s Unified SASE as a Service offerings effectively against competitors.
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 10 years of marketing experience, with a significant portion in field and/or channel marketing roles within the cybersecurity, networking, or cloud industries; experience in a global or regional leadership position is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity and experience working with the TSD/TA channel in NA and Europe
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, particularly in the context of network and security solutions.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for complex technology solutions.
    • Strong understanding of direct and indirect sales models specific to network security and cloud services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Technical acumen in networking and security and related technologies, with the ability to create and manage technically-oriented marketing content.
    • Experience in managing channel partnerships and developing joint marketing strategies.

Salary Range: $165,000 - $240,000 Bonus Benefits Equity
