Job Description As a part of Ercan Group Tilespace ABD is the key player in the ceramic tiles industry in the world. Take a place in Tilespace ABD team right now. Objective A role for the organized and well-experienced manager who will be responsible for reaching sales targets in the USA branch. The ideal candidate will be handling all the duties on a high level within the framework of the corporate culture and values. Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully,
Coordinate, direct and lead business development efforts within a defined area of responsibility,
Actively engaging in sales and onboarding new customers,
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs,
Hire, train, and provide professional development for his team,
Coordinates relationships with other departments in the company,
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition in the sector.
Participate in related exhibitions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field,
At least 5 years of experience in sales (ceramic tiles sector is preferred),
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong business sense and industry expertise,
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills,
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills,
Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices,
Proficient in Microsoft Office,
Fluent in English (Turkish is a big plus)
Ability and willingness to travel,
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences,
