Asana Recovery is looking for an Admissions Counselor for our inpatient and outpatient substance abuse programs located in Orange County, CA.

Asana Recovery has experienced excellent growth over the past 4-year of providing best in class’ services. Asana Recovery is in-network with Anthem and MHN and out-of-network with most private insurers.

SUMMARY :

This position is responsible for screening qualified patients (financially and clinically) to potentially admit into the program.

This position will be remote and report to the CEO.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Promote and market Asana Recovery to targeted professionals
• Answer and rate all incoming calls
• Understand private insurance policy
• Be ethical and responsible
• Operate with minimal to little supervision
• Maintain sales database

REQUIREMENTS :

• Has a strong local network; hospitals, treatment centers, clinics, etc.
• At least two years of current work experience in or similar sales position
• Able to maintain a professional manner with clients and staff
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting, under pressure, and maintain open communication
• Able to think outside the box and develop new strategies to drive business
