Additional Position Details: FTE: 1.000000 | Full Time | Primarily Mon - Fri / 8AM - 5PM This position will support our APP Family Medicine Clinics on Barnett Road, Murphy Road, and State Street ClinicsSalary: Based on qualifications and years of relevant experience.
Position SummaryThe Manager of Practice Operations 2 for Asante Physician Partners (APP) is responsible for managing all facets of practice operations for assigned practice(s), to include management of: all practice support personnel; financial and budget performance; patient flow; facilities; supplies and equipment; telecommunications; physician/provider scheduling; patient appointment scheduling; patient relations/experience; front-end revenue cycle operations; clinic staff development; electronic medical record support and optimization; quality improvement, LEAN initiatives; and practice development. In so doing, they directly manage all practice support staff while working in strong and active collaboration with providers and key health system and community leaders.
They also ensure effective day-to-day practice operations in accordance with Asante's mission, vision and values. Scope of responsibility encompasses the following: Specialty/Primary Care practices comprising a total of ten or more providers; Specialty/Primary Care practices comprising more than one specialty (i.e. Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine or Primary Care and Specialty Care) with a minimum of ten providers; Specialty/Primary Care practices with multiple practice locations with a minimum of eight providers; or Specialty/Primary Care Practice Managers who have taken on additional project management or an ongoing leadership role designated by APP/Asante Leaders.

Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive clinic experience to include formal leadership. Experience in a group practice setting preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related discipline, or the equivalent in education and experience (4 additional years of relevant experience if no degree) is required.
- Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related discipline, preferred.
- CMPE: Certified Medical Practice Executive certification from the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE), preferred.
